Row names and senses are defined
in the ROWS section. Each row is declared on its own data line. Field
1 on a row data line contains one of the strings "G",
"L", "E", or "N", to indicate the row's sense,
according to the following table.

An MPS-format file may define multiple "N" rows; the
parser ignores each of them other than the objective row.
