1. On page 285, the displayed equations between (10.4.28) and (10.4.30) should be labelled (10.4.29).
2. On page 287, in the description of the Predictor-corrector method, after "... $\tau \in (0,1/15)$ be given.", insert: Assume that $(X_0,y_0,S_0) \in {\cal N}_F(\tau)$.
