runAlldegProjPlots.m will generate all of the performance profiles that solve the projection problem onto a degenerate vertex
(by running run_plot_tests_Semism), and can be modified to output more.

These performance profiles will be output as .png files with the following format:

'type of parameter varied''number associated with stopping tolerance'.png,

where the numbers at the end of each file by default are: 
Ending with 1 - 1e-2
Ending with 2 - 1e-4
Ending with 3 - 1e-14

For example, sizeM3.tex is a table where the problems vary by m (A is m by n),
and solved to within a stopping tolerance of 1e-14.
