Hello! I am an Assistant Professor in the Combinatorics and Optimization department at the University of Waterloo.
I received my Ph.D. at UC Berkeley in 2016 under the guidance of Lauren Williams. After a year as a Presidential Postdoctoral Scholar at UCLA, I was a Tamarkin Assistant Professor and National Science Foundation Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Mathematics at Brown for a few years. I joined the University of Waterloo in 2021.
My research interests are in the field of algebraic combinatorics, particularly in symmetric and quasisymmetric functions, motivated by connections to probability and interacting particle systems. Here is a link to my research papers.
