AlCoVE is a new virtual conference that will be held on the remote conferencing platform Zoom, between the hours of 11:00 am - 5:00 pm EDT (16:00 - 22:00 GMT+1) on June 15 - 16 (Monday and Tuesday).
Organizers: Laura Colmenarejo, Maria Gillespie, Oliver Pechenik, and Liam Solus
AlCoVE aims to bring together researchers interested in algebraic combinatorics from around the world. Each talk will be 30 minutes (+ time for questions), and between talks, there will be "virtual tables" for sitting down with friends for discussions over coffee.
Prior to the conference, tutorials for learning the software necessary to participate will be provided to all speakers and participants.
To access the Zoom links, you must first register for the conference:

Poster Session
We will be holding a virtual poster session during the last hour of the conference, from 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm EDT on June 16. Each of the 12 posters will consist of a single slide that the presenter will screen-share in an assigned breakout room named by the title of their poster. Other participants will then have the ability to freely move between breakout rooms to see the various posters and chat with the presenters.
Poster submissions are now closed.
