The following downloadable pdf file contains lecture notes on diagrammatic methods for many-fermion systems given at the Radboud University Nijmegen in The Netherlands.The notes introduce time-independent second quantization, Wick's theorem and hole-particle theory. The diagrammatic representation of many-fermion states, operators, and matrix elements is discussed in detail. Two applications are given: high-order Møller-Plesset perturbation theory and coupled-cluster theory.
Because the file contains a scan of handwritten notes, it is fairly sizeable: 225 MB:
