Execute the plan

As far as we can tell, Michelson used all of the measurements on the 1000 units that he collected. Unfortunately, he did not report all 1000 data points but instead gave the average value of the displacement d for the 10 determinations in each set. All recorded explanatory variates were treated as constant over the set.
