Social Program
The social program consists of a conference dinner. Here are the details:- When: Wednesday, June 22nd. 7-10pm.
- Where:St. George's Banquet Hall, located at 665 King St N Waterloo, ON N2J 4G8.
- Menu: Buffet style menu. See here for full menu.
- How much:The price for the dinner is CAD 40.00 per person, payable by cash only, during the first day of the conference (June 20th). Drinks are not included in the price, and will be available for purchase during the event.
- Other:Guests tickets are available for the same price.
- RSVP:We need an accurate head count for the dinner, so we need confirmation by May 15th. If you have not registered yet, you may RSVP by registering for the conference here. If you have registered before April 29th, then you should receive an email asking about the dinner and you may RSVP by replying to it.
